露天矿采选项目噪声特点及声环境影响分析

摘要 通过分析矿山露天采掘和选厂建设项目的噪声特点,根据项目和周围环境状况、国家与环保总局和地方相关标准要求,分析建设项目的厂界噪声排放标准和区域声环境执行标准以及在不同情况下的声环境保护目标范围。当建设项目周围环境十分空旷,且声屏障较差时,声环境保护目标的确定可以基本限制在1500m范围内进行,当具有一定的声屏障时,可限制在500m,当具有良好的声屏障时,可限制在200m范围。 The noise characteristics are analyzed in the constructing Mine of the opencast working and mineral processing plant. According to some associated standards made by the State Administration of Environmental Protection or local government, the noise emission standard of the factory boundary and the implementation standard of the regional acoustic environment are discussed for the constructing Mine. The scopes of sound environmental protection objectives are also determined by the status and environment conditions of the constructing Mines. When the ambience of the constructing project is without the sound barrier, the confirmed scopes of sound environmental protection objectives can be basically restricted in 1500m. Howver, it can be basically restricted in 500m and 200m respectively if there are some sound barriers or good sound barriers.
