摘要
采用微波技术萃取鱼腥草中的黄酮。用单因素实验和正交实验考察了乙醇体积分数、料液比、萃取温度、萃取时间等因素对黄酮萃取效果的影响。结果表明,微波萃取鱼腥草中黄酮的优化工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数50%,料液比1∶70,萃取温度80℃,萃取时间12 min。在此优化条件下,黄酮得率达到7.123%。
The extraction of flavonoids from Ordate houttuynia was studied by microwave technique using the XH-100A system. The effects of alcohol volume fraction, ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction rate of flavonoids were investigated by single factor experiment, and the conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that the optimized conditions were alcohol volume fraction of 50%, ratio of material to liquid of 1 : 70,extraction temperature of 80℃ and extraction time of 12 min, respectively. Under the optimal conditions, 7. 123% flavonoids was extracted from Ordate houttuynia.
