电泳沉积用BaTiO_3悬浮液的制备

摘要 为了制备适合电泳沉积用的稳定悬浮液,在BaTiO3水基悬浮液中添加聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)和一聚丙烯酸(PAA)基复合分散剂(TH-904).对BaTiO3水基悬浮液进行Zeta电位测试和粒度测试,研究了2种分散剂对Ba-TiO3分散性能的影响.仅仅通过调节悬浮液的pH不能得到适合电泳沉积用的稳定的BaTiO3悬浮液;而在pH为10.3时添加质量分数为1.5%的PESA或在pH为11.3时添加质量分数为0.3%的TH-904就能获得稳定的BaTiO3悬浮液.结合电泳沉积对悬浮液电导率的要求,选用PESA来制备电泳沉积用的稳定的BaTiO3悬浮液. A polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA) and a complex polyacrylic acid (PAA) based dispersant were used as dispersants to prepare the stable aqueous suspension for electrophoretic deposition. Zeta potential and particle size were tested to study the dispersing effect of the dispersants on barium titanate water suspension. The stable BaTiO3 suspension for electrophoretic deposition could not be obtained by only adjusting the pH of the suspension. BaTiO3 particles were well dispersed in water using 1.5% (in mass percent) PESA as a dispersant at pH -10. 3 or 0.3% ( in mass percent) TH-904 as a dispersant at pH = 11.3. Regarding the requirement of electrophoretic deposition for the conductivity of the suspension, PESA was suitable dispersant to prepare the stable BaTiO3 suspension for electrophoretic deposition.
