诺维本致外周静脉炎的综合防治研究

Prophylaxis and Treatment of Phlebitis Caused by Vinorelbine

目的探讨诺维本致外周静脉炎的防治方法,以减轻患者痛苦,使化疗顺利进行。方法将接受诺维本化疗的242例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各121例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用自制云南白药乙醇膏预防性外敷,比较两组静脉炎程度。将发生静脉炎的128例患者再随机分为治疗对照组与治疗观察组各64例,治疗观察组采用消炎止痛蜂蜜膏外敷,治疗对照组采用50%硫酸镁外敷,比较两组静脉炎的治疗效果。结果观察组静脉炎程度显著轻于对照组(P<0.01),治疗观察组疗效显著优于治疗对照组(P<0.01)。结论云南白药乙醇膏预防诺维本所致静脉炎有良好的效果,用消炎止痛蜂蜜膏治疗静脉炎疗效显著。

Objective To explore methods for preventing and curing phlebitis caused by vinorelbine during chemotherapy. Methods Two hundred and fotty two patients undergoing chemotherapy with vinorelbine were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group equally. Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care, while those in the observation group were subjected to external application of Yunnan baiyao ethanol cream on the basis of the conventional nursing care. The severity of phlebitis was compared. A total of 128 patients developing phlebitis were also randomized into group A and group B equally. Subiects in the group A were given external application of 50% magnesium sulfate solution, while their counterparts in the group B applied anti-inflammatory and analgesic honey cream to the affected site. Effect in the two groups was compared. Results The severity of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis by vinorelbine showed significant difference in the two groups （P〈0.01）. The curative effect in group B was significantly better than that in group A （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yunnan baiyao ethanol cream can prevent the occurrence of vinorelbine-induced phlebitis; anti-inflammatory and analgesic honey cream is an effective drug for treating it.
