The Role and Function of Local Government in the Bankruptcy of SMEs

摘要 中小企业已经成为我国经济的重要组成部分.分析了中小企业破产的内部原因和外部原因,探讨了地方政府在中小企业破产中所应承担的角色和作用. SMEs have been an important part of China＇s economy. Interior and exterior causes of the bankruptey of SMEs were analyzed, the role and function of local government in dealing with the bankruptcy of SMEs were discussed.
