Reflections on the Financial Ecology in Building the Socialist New Countryside

良好的乡村金融生态是建设社会主义新农村、落实国家"三农"政策和实现城乡经济社会协调发展的重要保障.阐述了金融生态对新农村建设的重要意义,对我国乡村地区特别是欠发达地区金融生态存在的问题及其对新农村建设的制约作用进行了分析与探讨,并就改善乡村金融生态提出了若干建议.

A good rural finance ecology is very important to the construction of socialist new countryside, to the implementation of the policies of ＂three agriculture,＂ and to making the city and countryside economy and society develop coordinately. This reflection first elaborated the vital significance of the financial ecology to the new rural construction, then it analyzed the problems of rural financial ecology. On the basis of the analysis, some suggestions were proposed so as to improve the village finance ecology.
