摘要
探讨了目前高校实验室管理体制存在的问题,提出了提高实验室投资效益的制度和措施.
Based on the discussion of the problems in university laboratory management system in China. Some proposalswere put forward. They are : reducing thee management ranks of laboratory, building a new property control system, setting up appointment system, establishing a rewarding and punishment measure, and specifying the inspection targets of lab personnel, establishing a mechanism of "benefit first," introducing the monetary equivalent ticket system and establishing "instruments redeem" measures,and so on.
