摘要
师范院校的教育实习是理论联系实际,提高师范生教育思想、教学理念、管理能力的重要实践课程。许多国家的高等师范院校都比较重视教育实习,并对教育实习进行了改革,以寻找提高教育实习效果的途径与方法。本文简单地介绍了反思教学的基本理论以及如何在英语教学实习中运用反思教学以促进英语实习教师的职业发展。
The practieum of normal schools is an important course which relates theory to practice and aims to improve the students to upgrade their educational thought and concept and improve their ability of management. Normal schools in many countries pay a lot of attention to the practicum and reform in order to make the practitioner more effective. With a brief analysis of theory of reflectiveteaching, the paper illustrates how to apply this theory to the practicum thus to extend novice English teacher's professional ability in English teaching.
