中西医结合治疗肾气虚型无排卵性不孕症116例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 116 Cases of Anovulatory Infertility due to Kidney Qi Deficiency Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗肾气虚型无排卵性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将纳入标准的116例患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组56例,单纯应用枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗;治疗组60例,在对照组基础上结合中药(自拟方)人工周期治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分及临床各项目指标情况。结果:两组患者治疗后,治疗组妊娠情况、中医证候积分、排卵率、子宫内膜厚度、子宫颈黏液评分及基础体温总有效率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗肾气虚型无排卵性不孕症患者,疗效显著,治疗周期较短,值得进一步推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on anovulatory infertility due to kidney qi deficiency treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods：The enrolled 116 cased were randomized into control and treatment groups. In control group （56 cases）, elomifene citrate tablet was administered simply. In treatment group（60 cases）,on the basis of the medication as control group, Chinese herbal formula（self-prepared）was administered for artificial cycling treat ment. It was to observe the clinical efficacy,integrals of syndromes in Chinese medicine and every clinical item index in two groups. Results： After treatment, in treatment group, the outcomes of pregnancy, integrals of syndromes in Chinese medicine, ovulation rate, endometrial thickness, cervical mucus score,basic body temperature and total effective rate were all signifi- cantly different from those in control group（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Integrated Chinese and western medicine presents significant therapeutic efficacy on anovulatory infertility due to kidney qi deficiency,with quite short cycle of treatment;thus it is worth to be further promoted.
