针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛50例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 50 Cases of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia Treated with Acu-moxibustion

目的:观察针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将50例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组26例,采用针灸治疗,取穴神庭、印堂、人中;风池、完骨、天柱、合谷、外关。对照组24例应用西药卡马西平治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.15%,对照组为54.16%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:针灸对三叉神经痛可以起到很好的治疗作用,且疗效持久,不良反应小,值得进一步推广。

Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of acu-moxibustion on primary trigeminal neuralgia, Metnoas：50 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group. In treatment group（26 cases）,aeu-moxibustion was applied to ShUnting （ 神庭 GV24 ）, Yintang （印堂 EX -HN3 ）, Shuigou （ 水沟 GV26 ）, Fengchi （ 凤池GB20）, Wangu （完骨 GB 12 ）, Tianzhu （天柱 BL10）, Hegu （合谷 LI4）and Waiguan（外关 TES）. In control group（24 cases）, carbamazepine was administered. Results：The total effective rate was 96.15% in treatment group and was 54.16% in control group, indicating significant difference in comparison （P〈0.01）. The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion ： Acu-moxibustion plays a very good role in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia and presents sustainable efficacy and less adverse response, thus it is worth to be further promoted in practice.
