本文阐述了客户关系管理系统基本含义、特征、内容、组成,指出客户关系管理系统帮助企业设计有针对性的服务、销售与管理办法,提高客户服务水平,大幅度降低客户维护费用与促销成本,争取公司利润最大化。
This paper describes a customer relationship management system basic meaning, characteristics, content, composition, customer relationship management systems that help businesses design of targeted services, sales and management methods, and enhance customer service levels, significantly reduce maintenance costs and customers promotional costs, maximizing profits for the company.
