摘要
针对转炉-CSP生产线钢水Als控制不稳定、铝收得率偏低的问题,从转炉钢水的氧化性、[C]含量,转炉出钢下渣控制、加铝方式及LF精炼调铝工艺等方面进行了比较深入的分析研究,提出了具体有效的改进措施。
In view of the questions of the acid dissolving aluminum controlled instability and the obtaining ratio on the lower side, indepth analysis research on the oxidizability and carbon content of the converter liquid steel, controlling of converter down slag after outing-steel, adding aluminum fashion, adjusting aluminum craftsmanship in secondary refining etc were carried out, moreover the efficient improving measures were proposed.
