摘要
当树型分支电网的某一点发生相间短路时,在只限于起端电压电流可测的条件下,故障诊断的关键问题是区分真、伪短路点。本文提出,真短路点的固有特征是短路过渡电阻的变化量与起端电压、电流相位差的偏差量成正比。根据这一规律,对各等效短路点进行特征提取和特征识别,以区分真伪。计算机仿真算例表明短路点特征识别定位法是有效的。
In this paper,the effect of phase measuring error on short circuit fault resistance of tree type distribution line is investigated.That is :the fault resistance of short circuit is direct ratio the deviation of phase measuring at the begining of the tree type distribution line.According to the mathematical relationship,after the feature selection,we can distinguish the real one from the false faults when the measuring errors are exist.
