摘要
"心理契约"是组织与成员间不成文的、内隐的,相互责任的期望及彼此对自己义务的认知。近年来新建本科院校的优秀教师流失严重,这跟学校与教师间心理契约被违背有关。要稳定教师队伍,使他们表现出工作的满意度、忠诚度,管理者要让学校与教师间通过明确双方的期望、提供积极的组织支持、提供合理公平的程序、发挥教师主人翁意识等形成良好的心理契约。
Psychological contract refers to the compulsory, implicit, and mutual expectancy between the organization and individuals. The writer argues that the heavy loss of the brilliant teachers is due to the violation of the psychological contract in the newly established universities. So the management should encourage teachers to demonstrate their satisfaction and loyalty for the work.
