摘要
流动教育已经成为市场经济国家基础教育的重要组成部分,在教育经费有限的情况下,如何使流动教育投入资金取得更大效益,使最不利流动儿童最先受益,并引导社会公众尊重流动人口,关注流动教育,美国联邦流动教育合同有一定的借鉴意义。
Migrant education has been an important part of fundamental education in market economy countries. The use of the limited education funds should be maximally balanced so that the most disadvantaged children are benefited, and the migrant education is fully implemented.
