摘要
接触器在过载电流下的触头斥力,是影响接触器接通能力的一个重要因素,本文分类阐述了触头斥力的几个来源。在自制的触头斥力测试装置上对不同的触头系统,测量了它们的电磁斥力以及不同触头开距下的电弧斥力,比较了触头结构对电磁斥力的影响,对电弧斥力进行了初步分析。
The contacts' repulsive force of a contactor under high overload current is one of the important elements affecting the contactor's making capacity. The origins of the force, which has several compoents are stated in this paper . A device is utilized to measure the electromagnetic force of different contacts' structures and arc blasting force under different gaps. The electromagnetic forces due to different contacts' structures are compared and the arc repulsive force is preliminarily analyzed.
