摘要
引进的Rapyd-D-1250型卷烟纸分切机,原系统采用整流子电动机与继电-接触限速控制,烟纸分切时线速度波动大,维护困难,整流于电机与碳刷等零部件一旦损坏,不易配置,且国外订货费用高、周期长。为解决以上问题,我们开发研制了-基于模糊控制技术,利用高可靠性的Motorola单片机的变频调速系统,实现了分切机线速度恒值控制。系统精度高,可靠性好.与原系统兼容性强。实际运行表明该系统生产率和成品率高,节能明显,有良好的技术性能与经济效益。
A cigarette-paper cutter named Rapyd-D-1250 has adopted limiting speed control with relay-contact, but it doesn't have good effect. So we manufacture a speed adjusting system with frequency conversion,which makes use of good reliable Motorola microcomputer and Fuzzy control technique. The control system makes the line velocity more stable,higher precision and reliability,and has good compatibility with primary one. It has been proved that producing efficiency and quality have been improved after it was put into work.
