On the Psychological Education of Today's University Students

现代校园,涌动着一批批年轻的追梦人,也流动着一个个追求自我发展与自我完善的大学生部落。本文从内因和外因两个方面分析了影响大学生心理健康的主要原因,提出了加强大学生心理健康教育的主要途径。

On campus, most university students are young pursuers with self - development and self - perfection. This paper analyzes the main reasons that have influenced the psychological health of university students from internal and external causes respectively. Based on that, it further puts forward some approaches to strengthen the psychological health education of university students.
