摘要
目的研究Caspase-9和Ki-67在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)的表达及与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法利用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学方法检测76例HCC组织和38例正常肝组织中Caspase-9和Ki-67的表达情况。结果Caspase-9在HCC组织中的表达阳性率(55.3%)低于正常肝组织(78.9%)(P〈0.05),Caspase-9在Hcc组织的表达与组织分化有关(P〈0.05);Ki-67在HCC组织中的表达阳性率(53.9%)高于正常肝组织(13.2%)(P〈0.01),Ki-67在HCC组织的表达与组织分化和转移有关(P〈0.05);在HCC组织中Caspase-9与Ki-67的表达呈负相关(r=-0.300,P=0.008)。结论HCC中Caspase-9的低表达与Ki-67的高表达可能共同参与HCC中细胞凋亡与增殖的病理过程,在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To observe the expression and clinical significance of Caspase-9 and Ki-67 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Expression of Caspase-9 and Ki-67 was detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemical method in 76 HCC tissues and 38 normal liver tissues. Results The expressions of Caspase-9 in HCC tissues (55.3 % ) was significantly lower than that in normal tissues (78.9%) (P 〈 0.05 ) and was correlated with Edmondson, s histological grade of carcinoma (P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no correlation among patients, age, gender, diameter, metastasis and HBsAg expression (P 〉0.05). The expression rate of Ki-67 in HCC tissues (53.9%) was significantly higher than in normal liver tissues ( 13.2% ) (P 〈 0.01 ), and was correlated with Edmondson, s histological grade and metastasis of carcinoma ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no correlation among patients, age, sex and HBsAg expression (P 〉 0.05 ). Meanwhile, expressions of Caspase-9 was negative correlated with Ki-67 ( r = -0. 300 , P = 0. 008). Conclusion Low Caspase-9 expression and high Ki-67 expression may involved in the pathological process of cell apoptosis and proliferation, and play an important role in occurrence and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.
