Ecological civilization is a new one that is formed after long-term rethinking and deserting the malpractice of the traditional civilization that damages ecology, and also a rational choice based on ecological crisis and re-thinking of traditional developing concept. Constructing ecological civilization is a rising-up of harmonious society concept in ecological and economic development. As an important civilized morphology, ecological civilization construction is the inner requirement and concrete embodiment of the relationship between man and nature in scientific development outlook.
