摘要
由于等半径永磁磁极具有加工方便、材料利用率高的特点,已引起电机设计人员的重视,然而目前尚无完整的电磁计算程序。它与一般永磁直流电机的计算方法的差别仅在于计算极弧系数的确定。本文首先研究了这种形状磁极的等效方法,利用二维有限元法,得到了确定计算极弧系数的完整曲线。
Due to the convenience of machining and high utilization ratio,the permanent magnet pole with the same diameter has attracted much more attention. There is no perfect method to calculate this kind of machine. The difference between it and ordinary PM motor is that their effective polearc coefficients are not the same. In this paper, being based on its equivalent method, 2D FEM is used to analyze PM DC machines with this kind of magnetic pole, and the curves to determine the effective polearc coefficient are given.
