摘要
一种新型的1024正弦波细分步进电机微步驱动器已经研制成功。用于步矩角为0.9°的二相(四相)混合式步进电机驱动时,其最高分辨率为102400微步/转.对各相绕组分别通以相位差为而幅值相同的正弦被电流,在电机内形成一个幅值不变的均匀的圆形旋转磁场。足够高的细分度以及线性功率放大器的应用,实现了步进电机恒转矩、无振动、无噪声及定调速范围的微步距运行。该微步驱动器已被成功地应用在现代精密光学天文仪器——恒星光干涉仪的自动控制系统之中.
A SIN subdivide hybird stepper motormicrostep drive has been constructed which decreases therotational step angle by a factor of 256. This systemmakes current in each phase the same as sinecosine walleform,so it establishes a round rotation magnetic fieldwhich forms a constant torque. The microstep driveswhich improve the smoothness and reduce the vibrationand noise have been used in the modern stellar interferometer successfully.
