摘要
一种新的磁性纳米粒子-铁酸钴(CoFe2O4)被引入聚砜膜,采用相转化法制备聚砜/铁酸钴(PSF/CoFe2O4)杂化超滤膜,并通过磁场诱导超滤实验,差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、磁强计(MPMS)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段考察了膜的性能和结构.结果表明:磁场对聚砜/铁酸钴复合膜的截留率有调节作用,该杂化膜磁滞效应明显;膜中形成有机大分子网络(PSF)与无机纳米粒子(CoFe2O4)分散增强型结构;与未添加CoFe2O4的PSF膜相比,复合膜的玻璃化温度升高.
A new kind of magnetic nanoparticles- CoFe2O4 was added into PSF ultrafiltration membrane, and a PSF/CoFe2O4 hybrid membrane was prepared by phase - inversion method. The performances and microstructure of the resulted membrane were investigated through UF experiments in magnetic field, DSC, MPMS XL and SEM. The results showed that magnetic field had strong influence on the retention of the polysaccharide for the present hybrid membrane. When the magnetic field was moved away, the retention of the polysaccaride could not recover in a short period. Since the CoFe2O4 nanoparticles were dispersed in PSF macromolecules network structure, the glass transition temperature of the hybrid membrane was higher than that of the pure PSF membrane.
