长株潭城市群建设与湖南融入泛珠三角区域合作战略研究

Research on the Construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration and Strategy of Hunan Participating in Pan-Pearl River Delta(PPRD) Cooperation

长株潭城市群建设是湖南省"十一五"期间经济发展的重大举措之一,也是打造湖南省承接泛珠三角区域产业转移最重要基地的着力点,机遇难得,使命重大。文章从长株潭城市群建设与湖南融入泛珠三角区域合作的战略定位、原则及战略要点、战略保障三个方面对长株潭城市群建设与湖南融入泛珠三角区域合作的战略做了分析。

The construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is one of the significant actions for Hunan economical development during the ＂Eleventh Construction Plan＂. It is also a key measure for continuing the industrial shift at the time of making the most important base of Hunan. This study analyses the strategy of how to integrate the Hunan into PPRD from following three aspects：the strategic positioning, principle and strategic points, and strategic safeguard.
