水资源的可持续利用是经济社会可持续发展的重要制约因素,水资源短缺和水环境污染也成为我区发展的突出矛盾。实施水资源可持续利用,应从节水、污染治理、中水回用等方面通过经济政策、法律手段和市场机制进行系统管理。

The sustainable utilization of water resource is an important constraint for sustainable social development. Water shortage and environment pollution become a prominent problem for local development of Shijiazhuang Hi-Tech zone. To realize the sustainable utilization claimed water reutilization through of water resource, we should emphasize on water-saving, pollution controlling, reeconomic policies, law and market system.
