摘要 现代企业的竞争实质是人才的竞争,人才是企业发展的关键。但是近年来,国有煤炭企业在市场经济大潮的冲击下,面临的人才流失问题日益严峻。一些煤矿急需的专业人才来源匮乏,部分人才知识结构老化,创新能力不强;特别是一些具有大中专学历的专业人才纷纷跳出煤炭行业,转到其他行业发展,这一问题已经严重影响到了国有煤炭企业的安全生产和正常生产经营活动。分析了人才流失的原因,并提出了相应的对策。 The essence of competition for modem enterprise is the competition of human resource, qualified personnel is the key for company to develop. In recent years, impacted by market economy, the state-owned coal firms are confronted with talent leaving. Many coalmines have a shortage of professional talent. The knowledge from some available talents is out of date, which has caused a low ~tbility of innovation. Professional talents who have high education experience leave the coalmine one after another, this has a serious impact on the normal production of state-owned eoalmines. This study analyzes the reasons of talent leaving and proposed some countermeasures corresponding to those problems.
