摘要
目前河北省人才发展还不够充分,人才综合实力、竞争力相对较弱,结构优化度低,分布不合理,创新型科技人才队伍薄弱,重点领域人才支撑力不够强,人才浪费与短缺并存。如何解决我省人才发展现状,既增强人才综合实力,又有效地促进毕业生充分就业是当前的人才战略问题。解决毕业生就业问题是一项系统工程,需要政府管理部门、社会、高校和毕业生本人的共同努力。通过政府发挥宏观调控作用,用人单位完善用人机制,高等教育进一步深化改革,适应市场经济发展对人才的需求,引导毕业生树立正确就业观念等措施促进大学毕业生充分就业。
