电磁屏蔽材料中聚苯胺对屏蔽效能的影响及机理 被引量:6

摘要 金属材料与导电聚苯胺复合形成屏蔽组分有效提高了复合电磁屏蔽材料的高频电磁屏蔽效能,从而扩展了屏蔽材料的屏蔽带宽。以金属Ni粉/导电聚苯胺复合屏蔽组分为例,分析了在复合电磁屏蔽材料中聚苯胺的对屏蔽效能的贡献及作用机理。结果表明聚苯胺的加入与基体树脂相溶形成基体导电网络,有效阻碍了高频电磁波的穿透,可能是提高高频效能的主要原因。 Shielding component consisted of metal powder and polyaniline increase electromagnetic shielding efficiency in the range of high frequencies of electromagnetic wave in shielding composite, extending frequency width of electromagnetic wave applicable for effective shielding. Effect mechanism of polyaniline on shielding efficiency in composite was discussed. The results exhibit that polyaniline can be dissolved into resin resulting in conductive matrix, which impedes the transmitting of electromagnetic wave. It should be main reason of increasing shielding efficiency at the range of high frequencies of electromagnetic wave in metal powder/polyaniline composite.
