摘要
以一种水厂通用的真空系统为例,分析其工艺原理,进行PLC选型及程序设计,实现了运用PLC对真空系统的自动控制。此技术提高了真空系统的可靠性和自动化程度,对水厂的现代化管理具有借鉴意义。
A usual vacuum system in water plant was taken as an example and its principle was analyzed. The suitable pro- grammable controller(PLC) was selected and the corresponding program was designed. The automatic control of the vacuum system with PLC was achieved. This technology greatly enhanced the dependability of the system and improved the level of automatization. It has the reference function on the modernization of water plant management.
