摘要
对高温光纤温度传感器的最新研究进展进行了归纳和总结,详细讨论了光纤成分、光纤几何形状、光纤光栅类型、光纤光栅制作方法以及光纤传感器结构等对测量温度的影响,并对几种典型的高温光纤温度传感器的工作原理进行了详细论述。研究表明:高温光纤温度传感器具有优良的特性,能够在恶劣环境下测量极高的温度。
The recent research progress of high-temperature fiber Sensors are summarized and discussed. The influence of the fiber composition, the fiber geometry shape, the fiber grating types, the fiber grating fabricated methods and the fiber sensors configuration on the measured temperature is discussed in detail. The operation principles of these typical high-temperature fiber sensors are particular introduced. Research shows that the high-temperature fiber sensors have excellent characteristics, and they can be used to measure very high temperature in harsh environment.
