摘要
通过研究射手与枪握把之间的相互作用力来获取人—枪握把相互作用的特性,为主动态模拟试验枪架的研制提供理论基础。研制了双环式握把力传感器,通过ANSYS对传感器弹性体进行有限元分析来确定应变计粘贴的最佳位置,并进行了静态与动态标定。实验结果表明:其结果符合实际测试要求。
The interactional force between the shooter and the grip of gun is researched mainly to catch man-gun interactional characteristics in order to offer theoretic base for initiative simulation testing stack. However, doublering grip force sensor is specially made, sensor elastomer is analyzed by finite element, best position of foil gauge is fixed on. Static and dynamic calibration is carried out, experiment results show that the results accord with pratical working need.
