摘要
提出一种基于声表面波(SAW)技术的扭矩测量方法。分析了工作原理,推导出扭矩与谐振频率的数学关系模型,并通过实验验证了该测量方法的可行性。利用射频技术激发传感器,并接收回波信号进行检测,从而实现对转轴扭矩的实时监控。
An method of torque measurement based on surface acoustic wave (SAW) technology is discribed. The principle is analyzed , the mathematical expression between the torture and the syntonic frequency is deduced, and the feasibility is tested. Using the RF signals to excite the SAW sensor, the torture can be calculated by analyzing the echo signals.
