Smart rotate speed sensor for aircraft engine based on distributed control

摘要 依据航空发动机转速测量原理,提出并设计了一种基于分布式控制的智能转速传感器。分析了转速测量原理和软件采集实现流程,设计了传感器信号组合倍频调理电路与部分数字信号处理器(DSP)外围接口电路,编写了汇编程序。试验结果表明:该智能传感器测量精度高,误差小于0.02%,处理速度快,适用于航空发动机分布式控制试验研究。 According to the measuring principle of aircraft engine rotate speed sensor, an smart rotate speed sensor based on distributed control is proposed and designed. Software process, signal adjusting circuit and DSP peripheral port circuit is designed, and program is compiled. The experiment results prove that the smart sensor not only has measuring error as precise as 0. 02%, but also high integration and high processing speed. It is suitable to the distributed control of aircraft engine.
