This paper introduces the hardware platform, which uses MCU of chip S3C2410 based on ARM9 as the control center, and uses GPRS wireless communication module, connection module of MCU and GPRS and data memory module as the extension peripheries. The operating system of WINCE is transplanted in this hardware platform, and the wireless communication function is implemented.
