On Reconstruction of School Organization Structure

学校组织结构的基本要素是职位而不是机构。学校组织结构的重构表现为学校职位量的增减、职位规范的改变和职位排列组合方式的变化。为了适应新课程改革的要求,我国学校组织结构应从以上三方面来全面重构。

The basic element of school organization structure is the position not institution. The reconstruction of school organization structure embodies in the fluctuation of school position quantity, the change of school position specifications, and the variation of school position arrangements. To meet the demands of the new curriculum reform, we should reconstruct our school organization structure from three aspects.
