磷钨酸季铵盐催化苯甲醇合成苯甲酸 被引量:8

Synthesis of benzoic acid from benzylalcohol with quaternary ammonium phosphotungstate as catalyst

摘要 合成了系列磷钨酸季铵盐,产物经红外光谱验证.用质量分数为30%的H2O2作氧化剂,在没有任何有机溶剂存在的情况下,考察了磷钨酸季铵盐催化苯甲醇合成苯甲酸的活性.结果表明,磷钨酸十八烷基三甲基铵在苯甲醇合成苯甲酸的过程中显示了较高的催化活性,n(C6H5OH)∶n{[(CH3)3C18H37N]3PW12O40}∶n(H2O2)=100∶0.5∶400,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为5h时,苯甲酸的收率可达93.42%. A series of quaternary ammonium phosphotungstates were synthesized, and the phosphotungstates were characterized by means of IR. Using 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide(30%H2O2) as oxidant, in the absence Of organic solvents, the catalytic activity for the synthesis of benzoic acid to benzylalcohol catalyzed by qaternary amonium posphotungstate was investigated. The result indicated that the catalytic activity of octodecyhrimethylammonium tungstophosphoric is higher. When n(C6H5OH):n{[(CH3)3C18H37N]3PW12O40}:n(H2O2)=100:0.5:400, reaction temperature is 90℃, after 30 h,the yield of benzoic acid amounts up to 93.42%.
