摘要
通过对海口市白沙门污水处理厂污泥处理处置运行经验总结,结合海南的特点,提出适于海南的污泥处理处置技术及发展方向.首先,在海南利用厌氧消化工艺对污泥进行稳定化处理具有天然的优势,消化产生的沼气的综合利用可减少污水处理厂对厂外电能的使用,符合国家大力发展可再生能源的产业政策方向;其次,污泥处置方面,近期应结合海南省大力发展的热带高效农业积极进行农业综合利用处置,长期可结合其他行业的发展规划考虑污泥垃圾混合焚烧、污泥火力发电厂混合焚烧、污泥干化后卫生填埋等长远处置方案的可行性.
By concluding practical experiences of sludge disposal in Baishamen sewage plant of Haikou City, the disposal technique suitable for Hainan was presented. Firstly, the stabilizing treatment of sludge with anaerobic digestion craft has natural aclvantages. In the process, the generating sewage gas can be used to generate electricity as an addition for the need of power by the plant, which conforms with the national policy of developing renewable resources. Secondly, as for the disposal, it can be used as fertilizer to promote the tropical agricultural development of Hainan in the near future. In the long run, in collaboration with other industry projects, it is possible to handle sludge through garbage incineration, power incineration, and drying sanitary burial.
