摘要
为探讨绞股蓝提取物对小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响,将60只SD小鼠随机分为对照组和服药组,通过游泳训练6周后,测定安静状态、力竭后即刻、力竭后24h恢复组小鼠血清的磷酸肌酸(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌、肝糖原等指标.结果表明:绞股蓝组血清CK、LDH显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而肝糖原(LG)、肌糖原(MG)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:绞股蓝提取物对骨骼肌和肝细胞膜的正常结构和机能可能具有保护作用,可明显增加肝糖原及肌糖原的含量,有利于延缓小鼠运动性疲劳的发生.
In order to study the effect of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum (GP)on the fatigue-resistant ability of mice, 80 mice were randomly divided into one contrastive group and another that takes the medicine. After six weeks of training, the mice were tested in terms of their ereztine kinase(CK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity in plasma, liver glueose(LG) content in liver and muscle glucose(MG) content in muscle were tested. The test results revealed that the GP group showed symptoms of fatigue and its LG and MG contents were significantly higher (P〈0.05) while CK and LDH activity decreased significantly(P〈0.05). It is concluded that GP performs a protective function for the normal structure and mechanism of the mice's skeleton muscle cell membrane, and can increase the contents of LG and MG and is conducive to relieving mice of their fatigue after movement.
