细纱工序采用压力棒隔距块提高成纱质量的实践 被引量:1

摘要 在细纱前区采用压力棒隔距块后,压力棒把原有浮游纤维分成两个浮游区,牵伸区内中后摩擦力界得以加强.使一部分弯钩纤维被更好地牵伸伸直。使用压力棒隔距块后,在前区又形成了曲线牵伸形式,须条在压力棒下形成一段包围弧,从而加强了前区对纤维的控制,使纤维变速点分布集中而稳定地靠近钳口,有利于改善条干均匀度,提高成纱质量。 By use of pressure stick block in fore - spinning area, the pressure stick assigns the original float fibers into two float areas with the friction strengthened in drafting area which causes a part of curved hook fibers to be straightened. By use of pressure stick block, curve draft in fore area has been formed, which enhances the fiber control and makes fiber speed change distribution strongly and approach tong door stably. It promotes the eveness of the sliver and improves the formed yarn quality.
