降低传统清花设备的电耗和机配件损耗的研究

摘要 合理调节清花各风机的转速可使清花用电量下降20%~30%。由于运转速度的降低,凝棉器轴承、尘笼及密封材料的损耗也大幅降低,文中介绍了调节计算过程和所取得的节电降耗效果。 Reasonable adjustment of the speed of various fans can save 20% - 30% of power supply in scutching which leads to a great reduction of the bearings, dust cages and sealing materials of the condensers. In this paper are introduced the calculation of the reasonable adjustment and the effect of the power saving.
