摘要
分析了纺织企业人才匮乏的原因,叙述了纺织员工培训的重要性及培训工作中存在的问题。企业可根据自身条件选择内部培训或外部培训两种模式,通过人员培训赢得企业竞争优势。
In this article are discussed the reason why there is lack of talents in textile enterprises with the importance and existing problems in personnel training of textile enterprises described. The two ways of internal and external training can be chosen depending on their self - conditions of textile enterprises to win the competitive force.
