摘要
记述了近几年阀控密封铅酸蓄电池使用中由于部分电池放不出电来给邮电通信造成严重后果的事实;分析了由于该类型号电池电液浓度过高,加之充电(包括浮充和均充电压)上限电压过低而导致电池的硫酸化,是电池容量锐减的主要原因之一;提出了提高电池的充电电压、降低电液浓度、提高电池内部结构透明度、观察电池板颜色等措施,使电池维护上一个新的台阶。
A part of the sealed valve regulated leadacid batteries being used can not be discharged which made serious results for the telecommunications.The main reasons of the battery capacity degradation are analyzed.Battery electrolyte concentration is too high,and the charge upper limited voltage (includes float charge and average charge voltage) is too low,these cause the sulphation.The measures include rising the charge voltage,decreasing the concentration of electrolyte,raising the transparency of the internal structure of battery,observing the color of plate are presented,whereby improve the maintenance of battery.
