摘要
记述了目前摩托车用蓄电池所面临的五个主要问题:(1)生产、营销、使用周期长,湿荷式往往到使用时已呈缺电状态;(2)极板干荷电性能不够好,或批量极板质量不一致,超过半年后(加液激活)也呈缺电状态;(3)达不到应有的低温大电流放电性能;(4)循环寿命短;(5)常规铅锑型合金的蓄电池因溢酸,寿命短,可靠性低,已不能适应新形势下摩托车工业的发展。介绍了低锑型板栅合金铅蓄电池的优越性及其开发实践。作者用三组不同合金蓄电池进行对比实验,包括大电流放电、容量、自放电、寿命,结果表明,低锑合金的综合性能明显优于常规铅锑型和铅钙型。
This paper describes 5 problems in developmental motorcycle battery:(1)the period from production,sell to use is long,when the wet charged plate used,it will be short of capacity;(2)the performance of dry charged plate is poor,or the quality of batch producting plate is nor consistent,after half year storage,it will be short of capacity;(3)the battery can not reach the high current discharge performance at low temperature;(4)the cycle life is short;(5)the conventional PbSb alloy battery appears acid leakage,poor life and low reliability,can not adapt to the development of motor cycle industry.The advantage and development of lowSb leadacid battery are presented.The author showed 3 experiments,the results indicate that the performance of lowSb alloy is better PbSb and PbCa alloy.
