磁共振尿路水成像对肾输尿管疾病影像学诊断的价值

Clinical Application of MR Urography in Renal and Ureteral Diseases

【目的】探讨磁共振尿路水成像(MRU)技术对肾输尿管疾病的诊断价值。【方法】48例肾输尿管病变患者同时进行常规磁共振扫描(MRI)和MRU检查,并与静脉肾盂造影(IVP)或逆行插管尿路造影(RUG)及手术及病理结果对比。【结果】48例病例中,包括尿路结石20例,肾输尿管恶性肿瘤18例,其他肾输尿管病变10例,通过MRU检查均可从不同角度清楚显示肾输尿管的形态改变,显示各种病变的异常影像改变,定位诊断率为100%(48/48),定性诊断的准确度为91.67%(44/48)。【结论】MRU检查是诊断肾输尿管病变的有效检查手段,结合常规MRI能为肾输尿管疾病的诊断和术前评估提供可靠的依据,具有更直观、全面的效果,检查无创伤性、更简便和安全。

[Objective]To investigate the diagnostic values of magnetic resonance urography（MRU） technique in renal and ureteral diseases. [Methods]Routine magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） and MRU technique were taken for 48 patients of renal and ureteral diseases. All the images were contrasted with pathologic diagnosis and surgical findings, some of them were taken intravenous pyelography（IVP） or RUG. [Resultsl Forty eight cases of renal and ureteral diseases included 20 renal and ureteral stone, 18 renal and ureteral malignant tumor and 10 other renal and ureteral disease. All of them could be clearly displayed from various films of MRU and the abnormal image changes of various diseases could be revealed clearly. The accurate diagnostic rates for location and qualitative identification were 100%（48/48） and 91. 67%（44/48）,respectively. [Conclusion] MRU is an effective means for the diagnosis of renal and ureteral diseases. MRU combined with routine MRI can contribute to the diagnosis and preoperative estimation. It has more direct and clear effectiveness and provides non-traumatic, simple and safe examinations.
