摘要
【目的】对比分析先天性近视患儿眼轴与正常儿童的眼轴的差异及其与屈光度的关系。【方法】采用天津产BME-100眼科A型超声仪测量62例先天性近视患儿和43例同年龄段正常儿童前房深度、晶体厚度、玻璃体腔纵径和眼轴。【结果】先天性近视眼眼轴与眼别、前房深度、晶体厚度无明显关系,与屈光度有明显相关,与正常对照组比较有明显差异,主要表现为玻璃体腔纵径的增加。【结论】先天性近视眼眼轴较正常组延长,与屈光度高低有关,屈光度越高,眼轴越长。
[Objective]To analyze and compare the difference at axis length between congenital myopic children and normal children and its relationship with refraction. [Methods] Complete physical dimensions in cluding anterior chamber depth, lens thickness, vitreous length and axis length were measured in 62 congenital myopic children and 43 normal children by BME-100 A-scan . [Results]There was no correlation between axis length and eye anterior chamber depth, lens thickness. There was significant difference in the axis length between congenital myopic children and normal children. The major presentation was the elongating of the diameter of vitreous cavity. [Conclusion]Congenital myopic children may have longer axis length than normal children. The higher the refraction, the longer the axis length.
