TRAIL在Aβ25-35诱导的大鼠海马组织中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究Aβ25-35诱导的AD大鼠TRAIL蛋白表达的变化,进一步阐明AD的发病机制。【方法】选用智能正常的健康雌性Wistar大鼠,双侧海马注射Aβ25-35,制备AD大鼠模型,免疫组化法观察大鼠海马组织TRAIL蛋白的表达。【结果】与正常组相比,模型组TRAIL蛋白表达阳性率明显升高,雌激素治疗组与模型组相比,TRAIL蛋白表达明显降低。【结论】TRAIL蛋白的表达引起神经元凋亡是AD的发病机制之一。
