摘要
爆破漏斗试验作为合理选择爆破参数、优选炸药品种、提高爆破效率等的基础,在爆破技术的发展中起了重要作用。根据某矿山生产现状和30#矿体的具体条件,在二中段脉内巷道布置了两组,共六个炮孔进行小型爆破漏斗试验。试验得出炸药单耗为0.65kg/t,爆下矿石各粒级间矿量无大的差别,分布较均匀,无突变现象。试验表明,在受客观条件限制情况下,小型爆破漏斗试验在中深孔爆破实践中仍然具有重要指导作用。
Blasting crater test was the base of choosing blasting parameter in reason, optimizing and enhancing blasting efficiency. According to a mine's production status and 30^# ore body's explosive category, specific conditions, six blast holes were laid with two groups in the second level's reef drift and a small scale blasting crater test was taken. The experiment results showed that unit volume consumption of dynamite was 0.65kg/t, the blasting muckpile had no great difference in each particle of inter-mine, more even distribution and no sudden mutation phenomenon. The test showed that under the objective conditions being imposed by the circumstances, small blasting crater test take very important role all the same in moderate-long hole blasting practice.
