摘要
对管道野外除锈工艺和除锈装置进行了研究,通过技术改造,设计了一种成本低、劳动强度小并能减少环境污染的可拆卸封闭回收式自动喷砂除锈新装置。实际应用结果表明,改进后的喷砂除锈装置动作准确,工作性能稳定,除锈质量达到了瑞典工业标准(SIS)Sa2.5级要求。
A study on the rust removal process and derusting equipment for field application of oil and gas pipeline is carried out,and a demountable automatic blast cleaning system is designed with low-cost and environment friend based on technical reform.Field application shows that the modified blast cleaning system is performing correctly with stable operation and quality of rust removal achieves up to SIS's Sa2.5.
