Research on Hydrodynamic Closing of Ring Gate for Man Wan Hydroplant

通过对漫湾电站水轮机筒形阀真机动水关闭特性的试验,证明漫湾电站筒形阀的设计、制造完全满足机组运行的实际要求;对试验数据的分析表明,东方电机股份有限公司消化吸收该项国外先进技术是成功的。筒形阀的成功应用填补了我国阀门领域的一项空白。

The paper presents the research results on hydrodynamic closing performance of ring gate for Man Wan hydroplant, the results show that the design and manufacture of ring gate fully meet the needs of unit's operating in all conditions. By analysis on research results it is shown that DFEM has successfully absorbed and made good use of foreign advanced technology. The fact that ring gate has been put into operating illustrates China has been capable of manufacturing the new type turbine inlet valve.
