摘要
抗生素的生产过程中,大多存在着原料利用率低,提炼纯度低,生产过程中的主要污染物为高浓度有机物废水和固体废渣,废气和噪声的污染影响相对较小。抗生素废水成分比较复杂,处理难度比较大,目前对废水处理不是采用单一处理方法,而采用几种处理方法联合应用并对难生化废水进行单独预处理。固体废渣部分处理以回收利用和焚烧为主。废气处理以吸收法、吸附法和催化燃烧法为主工艺,另需特别注意废水处理过程中废气处理。
During the production process of the antibiotics, mostly they have low utilization rate of raw materials, low-purity refining, and little pollution influence by high concentration of organic waste water, solid, gas and noise which are the major pollutants. The waste water's ingredient of antibiotics is very complicated, so to deal with it is more difficult. So far, we also take several measures to deal with it except a single approach, and make a separate way to solve the waste which is difficult to biochemical. We make the main way of recycling and burning to solid waste. The treatments of waste gas are mostly by absorbing, absorption, catalysis and buring in chief, there takes special attention to the treatment of waste gas during solving waste water's.
